The Normal Brand interview questions

Spent a total of 5 hours in interviews over four weeks: 1 hour phone, 2 hours in- person with 3 people, and 2 more hours on video with 3 more people. All to get a polite pass. What a waste of everyone’s time. And was asked by multiple people if I have kids and what I do outside of work, which are not legal questions.

I applied via career site. Was sent a text message asking to sent up a zoom meeting. Lasted about 30 minutes. I was asked to interview in person, but declined due to the fact that ASM’s are paid less than 40k a year and get no PTO of any kind
