Submit student cook application online and wait for the director to contact you, then you will have a personal interview and it takes around 15 minutes. After 2 or 3 days, you will receive another confirmation email that you need to turn in some documents and start to work.

The atmosphere is easy and comfortable. They will first ask some questions about dealing with customers, mostly about your attitudes and they will give you a scenario to test your reaction toward something. Then they will ask if you have any question about the position or something else.

Interview
The interview was an In-person interview. Most of the questions asked were about the food service and hospitality sectors. Some personal questions were based on time and conflict management. The interview also consisted of making me familiar with the processes around the building.
