I applied through college or university. I interviewed at The Ohio State University
Interview
Referred to position and then one in person interview. Smooth process and those in the office are always willing to help you out. Training after that was very simple and the on boarding was smooth as well. Training's are a bit tedious but nothing too bad.
I interviewed at The Ohio State University (Columbus, OH)
Interview
Very straight forward and very casual they just want to match you up with the best supervisor/research. They reach out to you through email for an offer. Then you start with onboarding
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What is one challenge you have gone through and what did you learn
Zoom meeting with team and manager. Questions about past work experience, and I was asked to introduce myself, sort of an elevator pitch. They also introduced themselves as well as their roles and allowed me to ask questions.
Every internship or work experience I've had through Ohio State has come after a very professional interview. The interviewers ask questions related to the job, but also questions to see if you would fit into the culture you would be working in.
