My application was actually noticed after months of applying and I was invited for an on-site interview. The office is quite small but that didn’t really bother me. The recruiter was very accommodating and made the interview feel comfortable and conversational.
I was endorsed for a supposed final interview on the same day, but plans changed because no one was available. I was told they would just contact me. Days after, I received a call and was offered another position more aligned with my experience and would be interviewed by a virtual interview with the manager.
After that interview, I followed up for updates. I was told that I had been endorsed to the director for the “final interview.” A week later, I checked again and was informed that it was still in process for the final interview. It has now been three weeks and I haven’t received a clear update.
At this point, it feels like the process lacks transparency, and applicants are left waiting without definite timelines or closure. I hope they improve its communication and provide more timely updates to candidates.
