1. Phone interview with external recruiting agency. This took about 15 minutes. 2. Interview with owner/managing director. Less formal, she was more interested in my personality. 3. Phone interview with production manager, the managing director said she wanted to hire me, but she also wanted the production manager’s opinion of me before he hired me.
