That is very different from being a paid copywriter for an employer. The entire process felt deliberately misleading. The Indeed post was written to attract professional writers like myself, but the real “opportunity” is a commission-based recruitment and course-selling scheme. Key Red Flags: Job ad mentioned a salary – in reality, there is no base pay. Role was presented as Senior Copywriter – in reality, it’s selling personal development packages under an MLM-style structure. Lack of transparency: company names shift between GRIT Empowerment and Prosperity of Life, making it hard to pin down who you’d actually be working for. Heavy emphasis on “10X your income,” “self-employment,” and “personal growth,” but little clarity on what you’d actually be doing day-to-day. Conclusion: This was a waste of time and a misleading experience. If you are a professional copywriter looking for stable, creative work, this is not the role for you. Be very cautious about applying.
