Interview

Initial 30 minute chat (behavioural?) then a programming interview. Both interviewers were really pleasant and both interviews felt very smooth. Heard results back for both interviews within a few days

First introductory call to get to know your goals and personality, then a programming assignment, then a technical interview where you walk someone through your code and add a new feature by pair programming
