I will agree 100% to exactly what the person wrote back in November Interview was unprofessional Switch of your phone Ask relevant questions Don't criticize others or the company you work for Your body language sucks I don't want to hear about your day or your stories Get to the point Didn't review my resume before hand was very lost

Was absolutely typical of the retail interview experience. Nothing was deep and probing, was all about the "outside package" and your previous numbers and accomplishments on paper. Not "deep" and I didn't need give a "deep" answer.
