The Sidewalk Project interview questions

I sent in an application, they contacted me for an interview but proceeded to make it the worst process ever. Communication with the founder Soma S. was incredibly neurotic and condescending, but I am glad this behavior was displayed before moving forward to the next step. Off the bat, extremely demanding process and it's very strange considering that we are not employees. It's like they expected us to respond within three hours on the same day and if we didn't, they would get personally upset and hostile about the fact. We aren't getting paid to interview so why did it feel like I was expected to communicate like a full-time employee already. Soma's responses definitely made me cackle inside. My advice is tread lightly, this is the type of company to respond back with a petty response for an opinion like mine. Red flags galore.
