Received an invite from a current employee, recruiter background interview and check of previous/current employer references, filled out a more detailed questionnaire regarding what I liked/didn't like in accounting and what the company's goals/values are, then group interview

I went through a recruiter and the first interview was great and very personable but the second was so long winded and it felt like they wrote me off the second I got there. It felt very brainwashed on the outside and I was not that excited for the rest of the big interview. Honestly, I am very glad they did not extend an offer. I walked out of there knowing I did not get it and I was fine with it. They offered me feedback and I declined.
