The Silver X Group interview questions

Relaxed and informal discussion with the managing director. He's very astute and knowledgeable but comes across as very approachable and likable. Situational questions mostly with discussion about responses. Interview process takes around two hours with the first hour and a half being the discussion and the last part an aptitude test.
