The Sleep Company interview questions

It was one of the worst interviews I've attended so far. The first round was taken by their DoE and Senior EM. They didn't even switch on the camera in the entire process. Gave me an ecom system to design. Upon asking clarifying questions the response was - they want me to assume all the numbers since they want to check my skills on estimation and deciding trade-offs, which in my opinion shows the poor engineering culture of the team and lack of knowledge. End of the interview - both of them were convinced with the solution proposed. Upon following up with the HR, a rejection mail was received without any feedback. Avoid TSC for any engineering interview. I heard the same from one of my colleagues as well who interviewed them for a PM role a few months back. They didn't have any clarity of the position they were hiring for.
