The Sliding Door Company interview questions

Came across this company and very excited about the opportunity as it was a great match with my skill set. The first interview went great. It was professional and was able to establish a great rapport. The second interview went well also with the sales manager who told me to follow up with the HR representative after visiting the showroom to ensure it was a good fit before he sent an offer. I called and emailed several times but was completely ghosted by the HR representative. Highly unprofessional. Don’t waste your time.

Brief phone interview then asked to come in. Met with Hiring Manager and President. Basic behavioral questions. Most of the time listened to them talk. Did not get a very good vibe from either person and when I received the offer it was much lower than we spoke about in the interview. Took about 1 week from applying online to interviewing in-person and received the offer the day following the interview.
