The Technical Committee interview questions

1) Initial Phone Screen with Recruiter 2) Technical Phone Screen 3) Resume and phone interview notes submitted to company. 4) Positive feedback and schedule in person interview. 5) Four hour in person interview, different person each hour. Given the nature of their work, there is very little coding or building of a product. The task they are performing is finding all the "Bugs" in Microsoft's Network Protocol Documentation. People are silo'd and this is not a collaborative team effort.
