Having applied via their careers page (apparently they prefer when you apply directly as opposed to getting referred internally) I was approached by the Talent Acquisition Manager to have a 30mins screening call. The Call was more about why you want to join TTD, and the experiences you have had which could fit into the role.
They give you time at the end to ask any questions. They will ask about Salary Expectations and notice period. The recruiter then outlined the next stages of the interview process.
2nd interview was with a person that really looked at my CV and wanted to dive in a bit deeper (approx 45mins). I found myself constantly giving props to The Trade Desk, "you have great tech, you're keeping the internet Free, you're democratising the programmatic landscape, but kept thinking to myself, I bet they hear this all the time.
There were no questions on my achievements. They Interviewer was looking at how I solve tough situations, and every questions requires you to adopt the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Results)
I did have 3 questions to ask at the end (I think I might have added 4) which were well answered and I felt I didn't leave anything off for discussion.
