I received an email to interview for the role and submitted my availability via their online calendar. Emailed to follow up and confirm interview timing. No response. Called the HR officer to follow up. No answer. HR did not contact to confirm details about the interview or if I was no longer a suitable candidate for the role. Unprofessional and lazy.

The interview process was one of a kind! Overall, I had nine interviews, mostly over the phone and one examination. This process is very effective where it helped me understand what the role was and how I can grow from it if I get to succeed.
