The Vanderbilt Grace interview questions

Very basic and standard process. They start with asking you for self-introduction and ask some questions to see how you handle different situations. There is no right or wrong answer as they want to see how you react to different emergencies and how you handle those situations. Then you will meet GM for the second round. But most of time, once you pass the first round, you should be ok. GM usually wants to meet some new staff first before they get hired.
