Poor communication, lack of communication and unprofessional. I had an interview scheduled at a local regional office (not the main headquarters in Fresno). After confirming the interview with a scheduled time and date, I asked about the hours for the position and if I could work certain hours at this position. I emailed this person twice and never heard back from this individual at all. I had to take the initiative to email the contact person and assume the interview was cancelled since there was no response at all (assuming a lack of further interest).From my viewpoint this is extremely unprofessional and rude. A simple email just stating " this does not seem like a good fit and we should cancel the interview" but the contact person did not seem to care enough to even do that apparently just ignoring the e-mails I sent. I do not know how this company treats its employees but if this is indicative of how they treat the people who work for them it is a very bad sign.
