The Visionary Group Selective interview questions

cattle call. there were about 20 people in the waiting room at the same time as me and everyone had to wait at least an hour to be seen. i received an offer the next day after a second round interview in panera bread?? odd place to choose but i tried looking past that. It just felt like they handed out offers to everyone and were very deceiving in explaining the job description. working at this company really just means putting on a suit and standing on the sidewalk or in Walmart or Costco and approaching people to sell them stuff.

I was brought in for a 5-10 min introductory interview, before being called back for a second more in-depth interview. They never explained what they actually did, until the second interview. The company is essentially a pyramid scheme. I was offered a ridiculously low base salary. They offered commission, but that would take precedence over the base salary. Hours of work were to consist of 10am-7pm Monday through Saturday. I wish I would have known this information before spending time, money, and energy on interviewing twice.
