Interview
After progressing past the initial review of your resume they will send out an excessively long 'survey' to a large group of applicants (they incorrectly will state you are in the top 10). They then proceeded to a telephone and a face to face.
No common courtesy to respond back to me regarding the outcomes of the face to face interview.

Interview
They contacted me with a phone call and asked me some screening questions, like visa status, salary expectations, main tasks on my current role, then they scheduled a one face to face general interview and after being successful on that one they contacted me for another more practical interview in which I had to pretend I was interacting with a client
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
First they asked me to introduce myself, then questions about my current job, programs used, how familiar I was with Google Adwords, Google Analytics, SEO, Content Marketing.
The practical interview was kind of a role playing, in which one staff member pretended to be the client, and I had to present to him the monthly report and also the website results through Google Analytics
