    Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Theorem Clinical Research in March 2015.

    Interview

Multiple interviews, all via phone (unless you're based near KOP). All interviews were 45-60 minutes, expect 6+ interviews (Theorem goes through multiple interviews to ensure they hire the right people-can't blame them for that!). After an initial phone screen with the recruiter who is in-house (not contracted) an agenda will be sent for the various interview times with the interviewer details-you'll dial in and speak with each individual and after the whole process the recruiter will confirm if they'd like to make an offer or not. After an offer is made and accepted the formal process begins including background check, work history, drug test,

    Lead CRA Interview

    Anonymous Interview Candidate
    No Offer
    Neutral Experience

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Theorem Clinical Research in October 2014.

    Interview

I was genuinely excited to receive initial email from recruiter about setting up initial phone interview. While I definitely prepped by familiarizing myself with specifics on Theorem areas of expertise as emerging CRO, the recruiter did not. Recruiter was slight abrasive (but whatever) & seemed annoyed that I was a strong hem/onc candidate with just senior/lead SITE level experience to date; but no history as employee of industry. I found this immensely frustrating/troubling as I have a detailed CV and even addressed my desire to move to industry side in cover letter. I attempted to salvage the call by reiterating my 4+ years of phase I experience working soley with industry CROs but recruiter had seemingly lost interest. I'm disappointed to day the least- if they don't review CVs prior to initiating contact they should at least spare 3 additional moments to allow candidate to expound on qualifications.

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took a week. I interviewed at Theorem Clinical Research in February 2014.

    Interview

Initial communication was thru email and was refered by employee of company. Worked with the recruitment department and had two Skype interviews that lasted about one hr each. Every one was very nice with the interview process and I was able to schedule the interviews to fit in with my work schedule so I did not have to take anytime off. Conducting the interview thru Skype really is a great way to conduct interviews. It cuts down on the expense of travel and the time involved.
