Therapeutic Alliance interview questions

I had an initial phone interview with the recruiter. The questions were typical. When I was invited to a second interview, I was asked for my email which surprised me considering it's right on my resume. That was my first insight to how this company runs. Then my second interview was a zoom with 2 people where one mostly listened, and the other did ask relevant questions to the position. Nothing out of the ordinary. My third interview was just me and the same person from the previous interview. I only had the 3rd because they had concerns, but I guess they didn't feel confident with my answer even though this job was exactly what I just very successfully did in my previous job. Overall, the interviewing process wasn't terrible but there seemed to be some incompetency with the recruiter and notifying me in a timely manner that I wasn't selected. Over a week went by from when I expected to hear from them and then I was met with apologies and excuses. Felt like I dodged a bullet.
