Think Policy interview questions

I went through multiple interview rounds with Think Policy Indonesia. Overall, the interview experience was impressive. The team valued feedback and engaged in meaningful discussions, which made the process feel professional and insightful. I truly appreciated the structured approach and how each stage helped me better understand the organization. That said, I noticed one area for improvement: the HR team was less responsive during the follow-up stage. Despite sending several follow-up messages, I did not receive replies regarding the result of my application. Considering the process spanned about three months, timely updates—even just to inform candidates if internal discussions are still ongoing or if they are no longer being considered—would be very helpful. Because of this lack of closure, my interest in continuing the recruitment process declined, even though I personally felt the organization was a strong fit for me.
