3 rounds 1. Coding in machine - Create a spring boot application with BO & DAO layers for a usecase similar to twitter 2. Technical discussion on Java and Spring application 3. Face to face with solution architect - Design patterns and creating a basic architecture for a use case like operation of Lift Though I liked the way interview happened, I did not like one thing in particular. If the company is not ready to offer the expected salary they need not call the candidate for the interview. After 3 days of interview and so much screening processes, quoting the lowest salary in market is worse. Advice to interviewing panel : Please keep in mind that if you need a candidate with so much skills you should be ready to pay enough. Without spending you cannot get a quality of work.
