It was an rigorous assessment process for the graduate programme. It started with a homework assessment, an online group assessment where you will be given a task to work together virtually and followed by an interview with their management team. Overall, while rigorous, it was still very insightful to the work you will be doing with the organisation and felt like a fun workshop journey.

It took an entire morning where you have to do a design hackathon, unpaid. You get mixed around with different candidates, and not all are serious about getting a job there. It felt more like you were being pranked into wasting your time.
