I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Thinkhat (Hyderābād) in Jun 2026
Interview
Recently attended an in-person interview and, unfortunately, wasn't selected. That's completely fine, rejections are part of the process.
What I don't understand is why candidates are often denied even basic feedback. I took a half day off from work, traveled to the office, prepared thoroughly, and invested my time in the process. When I asked for feedback, I was told the reason for rejection was "confidential."
No candidate is entitled to an offer, but every candidate deserves enough respect to understand where they fell short. Even a brief, high-level feedback point can help someone improve and grow.
A rejection without feedback is a missed opportunity for both the candidate and the employer brand.
