Interview
Very thorough - multiple stages and different assessments. Had to prepare a presentation as well as doing live interview and role play enactments. People just disappeared from the room at certain stages as they were deemed not good enough for the job.
Comprehensive interview process which involved an online assessment, group interview day with group + individual tasks and an individual interview. Then a week long training week which included assessments and tasks before being offered job in full in destination.

group interviews in a hotel going through various all day activities to determine suitability to overseas role. presenting, problem solving, manging multiple tasks. Meeting with various managers and other people to complete the word count
applied online and was then asked to attend an assessment centre. it was 3 hours long and involved 4 sections, about the job and company, group work, individual presentations and 1 to 1 interviews.
