15 minute zoom meeting with interview recruiter, then once approved - you will schedule an interview via zoom with the nurse manager of the floor you wish to work in. My interview only lasted 15-20 minutes in total. If you have any relevant background in healthcare it would be a good time to mention it.
It was super easy, I had interviewed with Hr first then with the nurse manager. They asked a lot of situational questions that revolved around my clinical education. Also asked why I wanted to do nursing

Met with Hr than nurse manager on floor
HR person was kind of cold and to the point. Nurse manager just said what job was. Pretty easy overall. Needed references from past employers which was hard to gather. Had to hound a couple of my bosses to answer a survey
