The interview process was horrible. I interviewed three separate times and never heard anything. Then three months later I was called in for yet another interview and never heard anything after this interview.

Question 1
How would you deal with an upset partner/client knowing the issue wasn't your fault?
It was a screening interview followed by a second panel with 30 minute interviews amongst 6 attorneys- essentially 2 attorneys per 30 minute set, with a cross-section of Partners, Associates, and Counsel
Standard screener interview with 4 interviews after - looking for people who are amiable and know the firm. They like team players and people who have a connection to the city that you're interviewing in.
