Thornton Construction Company interview questions

Interviewed with the president of the company. He begin to ask me behavioral question as to what i would do in certain situations. Ask the reason as to why i choose construction management as my major, it went pretty well. A week later they sent me an offer via email, was not the greatest offer but i needed a job.
