I was asked basic of programming in the first round and it was easy and they give some 2 coding chalanges to solve that. and asked some questions related the framework knowledge

the interview was off coding on both the rounds, and common concepts of Object oriented and programming basics and major question on the framework that i worked with. Coding problem releated to some hash operations and meta programing and some general questions regarding the ruby programing language

The interview process was fast, 2 tech rounds, 1 HR phone round at the last.
The 2 tech rounds happened directly with Client. They don't have bench concept or anything. If you get selected its directly on project BUT if project drops down/ company or personal performance down. They'll directly throw you out.
