AVOID! The CEO is a liar and will make you do her work by calling it "less traditional process and giving everyone a chance to shine". Here is the process: First, they ask you to install their plugin, learn how to use it and create a demo video showcasing your use. In the job posting they PROMISED that if you finish this challenge, you will get an interview. After I did the challenge, I received an interview slot 1 month away. After trying to get an earlier slot because I am looking for a job now, not in a month or 2, I was told by the CEO, Lyndsay Donhoff that if there is an opening or cancellation she will let me know. Meanwhile that slot was gone. No response for a while until I received another challenge, which was time consuming and I would be doing their job by researching new product features. I told her I would like to first have an interview before doing any more of their "non-traditional hiring" and investing more of my time before even meeting anyone. I received a response that they had over 1000 applications and this is the best way to fairly process everyone and letting their strengths shine. So basically, they will make over 1000 people complete their tasks and do their work. Lots of people will waste their time just because the CEO is unable to process applicants fairly and without lies.
