Screener call with Director of Product was great, they were very personable, took the time to explain about the role in detail, asked me sensible questions and clearly listened to my responses, and they allowed time for my questions too and gave detailed answers. I also received a personal email to follow up, and although I didn't get the role I cannot fault the process at all, they really took the time to give me detailed feedback, not only on why I wasn't progressing but also on the positive things about my application, which I thought was fantastic. It's not often that you get such good feedback after a first round interview, and I greatly appreciate the effort they put into that response.

applied on the website and I received no response - completely ghosted. They just ignored me after I took the time to apply. Very unethical company hiring practices... how hard is it to just email back "sorry we're not moving forward with you"?
