Thriva interview questions

applied on the website and I received no response - completely ghosted. They just ignored me after I took the time to apply. Very unethical company hiring practices... how hard is it to just email back "sorry we're not moving forward with you"?

Completely ghosted after attending 2nd interview, no feedback or decision weeks after when I was told I’d hear back. Disappointing given nature of role and what I’d been told about culture and values.
