I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Thrive Capital Management
Interview
Applied through a recruiter, made it to the final stage over the course of a month. 4 interviews. First interview was with the person leaving the EA position. Second with their Ops/HR person. Third and Fourth with the partners that would be the direct principals to this position.
Lightweight interviews which seemed to focus more on personality fit than anything else. Answers to specific work culture and job scope were evasive and surface-level. Partner interviews were brief and cold that seemed to want a certain "type" for their EA.
