Thrive Tribe interview questions

The process took one month. I applied via LinkedIn in October 2023. First stage was an in person group activity, there were 8 of us and we were given an introduction to the company, values etc. We then introduced ourselves, named our role model and where we most like traveling to. Then we were given a group task where we'd crash landed in the jungle and needed to negotiate which items to bring with us. They were looking for team work/ communication skills

Really disappointing experience with this company. After they reached out to schedule a telephone interview, I promptly replied to reiterate my interest in Throve Tribe and to confirm my availability for the suggested dates - only to be left ghosted. I followed this up in another email a few days later but have heard nothing back. This unprofessional behaviour just shows a clear reflection of their lack of respects for candidates and people who are looking for employment so would strongly advise job seekers to think twice about applying here!
