      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TicketNetwork (South Windsor, CT) in Jan 2016

      Interview

I was contacted by a recruiter for a phone interview. During that conversation, the recruiter went over my work history, and asked questions about my education and what I wanted to do after graduation. I was offered an interview and scheduled an appointment to come in. I had to take a test, which was basically a logic or IQ test with a personality, short answer, and grammar test portion as well. After the testing, I met with the manager, a high level HR manager and two other members of the company. After my interview, it took a couple of weeks before I received an offer. Although the process was long, it was still a positive experience.

      Interview

I received a call from a recruiter asking if we could set up a phone screen, which was scheduled for a few hours later. I was straight out of college and had never interviewed so I was nervous, but these were very straightforward questions about my experience. I passed the phone screen and was set up for an interview. When I went in I had to take the test they give to all employees, which asks a variety of logic questions. It took me almost an hour to complete, and the recruiter even tried to help me with one of the questions I was stuck on. After the test, I had three separate interviews. The first was with the current department manager who was leaving the company, the second was with two current Exec Support employees, and the third was with the person who was taking over as department manager. The questions were all pretty easy, since this is an entry-level position. About a week or two after I interviewed I got the call that I was selected.
