I applied online. I interviewed at Tillo in Feb 2026
Interview
The interview process was overall positive. The 1st stage was a screening call with HR, during which we discussed the company, the role, my CV, and my motives. I also liked that they provide resources on how to prepare for the interview in Notion and clear details about the interview process. Withdrew from the 2nd stage of the interview process as I felt the role did not really suit me.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Tillo in Feb 2025
Interview
1. Initial chat with HR – A general introduction and discussion about my background.
2. Interview with the Hiring Manager and an HR representative – Focused on my experience and suitability for the role.
3. Final stage: Presentation + interview – A session with the Hiring Manager and the Head of Client Services.
While the process itself was structured and positive, communication was disappointing. Despite being told I would hear back within two days after the second stage, I received no updates and had to follow up myself, only getting a confirmation five days later. The final outcome took over a week - 9 days - and only arrived after I reached out twice, with barely any feedback provided in the email informing me I was unsuccessful.
We sincerely apologise for the communication delays you experienced. We understand that waiting for updates can be frustrating. We are addressing the issues you raised regarding the timeliness of our communication and the lack of detailed feedback. We strive to provide all candidates with a clear and timely experience, regardless of the outcome, and it's clear we fell short in this instance.
We value your interest in Tillo and will use your feedback to improve our candidate communication and ensure a smoother process for future applicants. Wishing you all the best in your job search.
