I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Tim Hortons (Easyford, AB) in Sep 2020
Interview
Vey easy and straightforward. asked questions about my future and where i would see myself, questions about what i'm doing in school and why i wanted to work there as well.
The interview process was straightforward and relaxed. It focused mainly on behavioral questions about customer service, teamwork, availability, and handling busy or stressful situations. The interviewer was friendly and explained job expectations clearly.
it was a super short interview where i basically stated my availability, and my clothing size and then they emailed me a few days later telling me i got the job
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Tim Hortons (Montreal, QC)
Interview
Semi professional interview in an unformal setting. The job description didn't necessarily match the role that they were wanting to hire for. Salary wasn't worth the job. The job required more than the listing described.
