The interview process was casual and informal. The interviewer went over my resume and asked questions regarding my past experiences. The interviewer also asked discussed specific scenarios and asked what actions I would take when approaching those situations.

Simple and straightforward, management was very kind and even offered a coffee and donuts. They cover all the basic questions. Nothing too tricky when it came to questioning. They asked for a resume and I took home the training documents.
