I walked into the store and asked that I had an interview, the manager walked out and just filled an application out for me and sent me home with a schedule.
Straightforward and simple questions like tell me about yourself, why this job and what is your greatest strength and weakness. How do you handle stressful situations? Questions may differ by location.
The process was easy. They asked basic questions, had me complete paperwork, and assigned laptop-based tasks. After finishing the assignments, they began the training process and explained the job responsibilities.
