I applied through other source. I interviewed at Tim Hortons in Sep 2018
Interview
Chaotic, disorganized and the post I was apparently interviewing for bore little resemblance to the post I had applied for.
I applied for, and had a preliminary phone discussion/interview about, a full-time supervisory post. I was then interviewed in person for a part-time counter service post, which was a waste of everyone’s time (I specifically needed full time) and the interviewer was extremely flustered (didn’t have my resume to hand, mixed me up with a different applicant).
I applied online. I interviewed at Tim Hortons (Barrie, ON) in Jan 2023
Interview
The process includes 1) telephonic interview 2) online meet up 3) offline interview which includes hr and manager. If selected than normal orientation and for 3 months they will check your capabilities
