Time Inc. interview questions

I recently had a deeply frustrating and unprofessional experience interviewing for a role at TIME Inc. I corresponded with HR for 3+ weeks trying to schedule a screening call, only to have 4 calls canceled with very little notice and a promise to reschedule that never came to fruition. The consistent pattern of last-minute cancellations and attempts to reschedule communicated to me that I was not taken seriously as a candidate, and it felt as though my time was not being considered or respected. I carved out multiple windows of availability, only to have our calls continuously cancelled with little notice. I feel as though I wasn't given the opportunity to advocate for myself as a candidate since I was never given the opportunity to connect with HR, despite many attempts over the course of weeks and many unanswered emails, before this position was ultimately filled. I of course understand that there are no promises during the hiring process, but the way in which this process unfolded and the lack of clear comms felt deeply unprofessional. I hope this feedback is taken in the spirit in which it was given-- from a place of understanding that everyone is of course very busy, with the hope of meaningful improvement. Unfortunately, I would not recommend applying to a position at TIME.
