The Director of Talent Acquisition emailed me with questions that required depth and detail. "Your detailed responses will help us gauge how your skills and experience align with the key aspects of this position." I answered all the questions, which took me about three hours to complete. I emailed the answers, and they replied that they received my answers and would be in touch. I followed up several times and never heard back. Would have appreciated an automated rejection email rather than being ghosted after spending energy and 3 hours on their questions. Treat your candidates with respect, please.
