I interviewed at Times Radio (UK) (London, England)
Interview
The interview process was very straightforward - involved doing a shadow shift just to test your abilities in Premiere Pro and other similar software, as well as your ability in social media production and planning.

Question 1
How many years of video editing experience do you have?
After interviewing for a Social Media Internship role (which involved an online interview and a 4 hour in-person assessment day), they told me they were very impressed with me, but thought I was better suited to be a Broadcast Assistant. They then invited me for an 8 hour unpaid trail shift (which is actually illegal). I regrettably went and did the trial shift, giving it my best effort. After the shift they ghosted me for 4 months despite me sending multiple follow-up emails. After all this they then sent me another email asking me to come to do an unpaid trail shift again.... Pretty ridiculous and showed no consideration for my time.
Quick informal chat in the office coffee shop. Talked through my experience and any ideas that I may have had for making the socials attract larger engagement figures. Talked through future career goals etc.
