There was about half an hour of questioning followed by two practical exercises. One involved image editing using photoshop and the other involved setting up lighting in a studio on a mannequin.

I met with Timm and Sam in their studio. They asked a couple of questions and then asked me to perform some tasks which involved using Photoshop and setting up a studio lighting situation.
