Tipping Point Community interview questions

Interview process consisted of three rounds, each with different staff members. The second round was two hours and included a 30-min exercise and 30-min debrief. The final round was in-person. After the first two rounds, I was followed up with very fast and told next steps. After the final interview, I was told I'd hear back shortly but was never contacted again. I had to follow up on two different occasions over a month later before finally receiving a rejection email.

I had a 30 min phone interview with a consultant who was previously in the role. Several questions were based specifically on my resume so I’m unsure how consistent the questions were between candidates.
