Interview
A recruiter working for Titan reached out to me about the position. The hiring managers reviewed my resume and did a phone screen. I then came in for two in person interviews. The first was more traditional, assessment focused. The second was just to meet and get to talk to a number of people at the firm in a more casual, conversational way to ensure there was a good click. Everyone I met there was awesome. I ended up taking a different offer in a different industry, but would definitely recommend Titan to those in or looking to get into investment management. Seemed to have a really great culture and vibe there.
