I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Titus Talent Strategies.

    Interview

Two-way. They wanted to know who I was and exposed the good, the bad, and the ugly. I felt very much at ease and inspired to join the team! It could have been more intense, but actually the relaxed feel disarmed me to the point of being myself, which was great for them to see I guess!

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Titus Talent Strategies (Milwaukee, WI) in September 2015.

    Interview

I received a phone call from the internal recruiter, which got me interested. From there, I spoke to another person at the company to conduct a full phone screen. From there, I came in to meet with the management team. It was great to meet with many members of the executive team, while also meeting with several employees that I would be working with on a day-to-day basis. Beyond that, the group was warm, welcoming, and professional. It felt like a family. Overall, it was a great and positive experience!

    Average Interview

    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 4+ months. I interviewed at Titus Talent Strategies (Madison, WI) in August 2017.

    Interview

Overall the interview experience was very good. You get to meet with many different people at every level of the company in a laid back non-pressure atmosphere. I have interviewed many times in corporate America and those instances can be intimidating and impersonal, Titus Talent Strategies takes a much different approach and everyone I talked to was engaged with our conversation. By the end of the process there was no question I picked the right company because it was thorough and honest leaving zero surprises after the hire.

    Interview Questions

    • The questions they use are behavior based, meaning they aren't dealing in philosophy they want a specific time that happened. Come prepared to speak about your experience with the examples you want them to know. Also do your research on the company prior to the interview, they want to know that you know what they are all about.   Answer Question

    Associate Interview

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4+ months. I interviewed at Titus Talent Strategies in October 2018.

    Interview

In preparing for my first call for the initial interview I started researching the company. At first glance, it all seemed too perfect. It wasn't! The first call was exploratory on both sides, getting to know each other, the role, the company, and culture. The questions were not your cookie cutter variety. The next call was really focused on the role and to see if my skills would be a match. From there I took 2 assessments including the Predictive Index. Based on my results I was scheduled to speak with the director I would be working with. That piece of the interview was refreshing. The assessments really gave a foundation to the questions asked and spoke directly to my talent, their need, and how a match would work. A few more communications occurred after this leading to a final interview with the CEO. I expected this to be the run of the mill stuffy interview based on past experience. It was far from that! He was definitely driven and passionate about the business but was genuine and real. The offer process was smooth and seamless. My onboarding experience was far from ordinary. The executive team through soon to be co-workers were accommodating, friendly, and everyone offered help and support. This wasn't just for the first day, it is embedded in the culture. If one succeeds, we all do! You will never be an island here. The team...really family atmosphere shines. I love that the term working remotely is not used and that we are referred to as a mobile workforce. Despite the miles between all of us, we are all better connected than most sitting in a cube next door.
