Tom Barrow Company interview questions

Initially did a phone interview which went well and I was later asked to do an on-site interview. When I Interviewed on-site, I met with three people separately in a large room, the first guy was not very friendly, however the other two women after him were very nice and welcoming. I was introduced to other employees there that were also on the sales team and I was made to feel at home. I felt like the interview process went well, however, it is now months later and I never received any rejection email or call and was essentially ghosted by the company.

Showed I had worked in the Air Force in Inventory Management. Knew I had experience in what it takes to run a warehouse. Asked questions I was familiar with.
