I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Tom James Company (Mobile, AL) in Sep 2015
Interview
I applied by submitting my resume. I was contacted by human resources. I had a phone interview. In that interview is where I was asked the questions submitted below. I had a follow day in Memphis. I got there at 7:00 am. We had morning meeting. I loved that office. I should have worked there. I followed a friend that work there. We saw five people. She sold a lot of clothes to rich people. She did a great job and made the job look easy. Her clients loved her. I listened to her make 5 appointments. I watched her make her hot list. We left the office at 5. (Don't get used to that) you are at the office everyday till 8 or you work from home. Then I drove seven hours and had a interview in mobile where I was never reimbursed for my travel. I followed my soon to be leader. He was late getting to the office. It should have been a red flag that he didn't care about me coming seven hours. we drove in the car for a hour for him to sell clothes. He sold a couple units and thought he was on top of the world. He made me carry his bags everywhere. I questioned his character. It should have been a red flag for me not to take the job. He made me follow him and he drove like a manic. It was a nightmare.
Interview questions [3]
Question 1
If I only made three appointments and I was required to make 3 and it was Friday at 5 what would I do.
The process was conducted first through telephone then through 2 zooms calls. Each call was with a different individual. I had a recruiter help through the process and make the connection with Tom James.
I interviewed for a sales position and it went well. I first had a call with a recruiter and then moved on to the manager to have a virtual interview. I was then supposed to do the shadow day with a senior rep and they cancelled it the day before saying they weren't filling the position until later in the year. Well I never heard back from them but funny enough, a new manager reached out 10 months after my interview to see if I was interested.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Tom James Company (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
Very rudimentary and novice experience. Great for Fresh out of college candidates. Not for someone who has had an established career. Also a very young staff with lots of smoke and mirror promises
